Getting back in the groove.

Well, we've had some beautiful days lately. Not too cold and not too warm, but we need lots more rain!!! We've had a couple of rainy days, but I do not want to have a drought, so hopefully there will be a lot more before the rainy season ends. Which will be here before you can turn around, the days seem to go more quickly every year!! I have been volunteering more and more, but there is always more to do!!! I am walking again, thank goodness, it was hard after not walking my normal amount for some time!!! I did not feel comfortable in my jeans, so that will help take care of that problem!!!! My mother in law just celebrated her 94Th, and my youngest son, his 49Th!!!! Soon there will be other birthdays, how could everyone around me be getting old, for the most part, I do not feel old, but I know there is an older woman looking back at me in the mirror!!!! Recently went to see my granddaughter play her violin in a concert. We enjoyed it very much, and then had dinner out with daughter and family, their treat!!! Had dinner for the son, grandson, and granddaughter last evening, life goes on. My hubby surprised me with a new camera(red) for Valentine's Day, and as usual gave it to me before the "day". :-)

I used it for the first time on my walk, it has a longer zoom, so should be able to take more of my animals without having to be too close. Soon the new ducklings will be out, and I hope to get great pictures!!!! Having my Antique club meeting next week, and I am one of the hostesses, a birthday/valentine theme.
